Your executive lands at JFK. The car is waiting. You confirmed it before you left the office in London — on your hours, through a single account handler, with GMT-time responses. That is what the London Desk is.
Three types of bookers use the London Desk. All three care about the same thing: a car that is already in position before the wheels touch down at JFK.
Your account is managed by a named London Desk handler who works GMT business hours. At the New York handoff window, the NYC operations desk picks up live — no briefing notes, no information gap, no repeated context. The two desks operate as a single unit on a shared trip record.
Departure-side coordination is handled through our vetted London partner. We manage the booking, confirmation cadence, and SLA monitoring. Pickup zones include Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, the City, Canary Wharf, Notting Hill, St John's Wood, and Chelsea.
